Shefford knew that she cou∑©ld run faster than her 2 : 40&"≥.55.3 . But her running speed brin£ ¥gs savings for the 56K Super Marathon→Ω   that will come .

"Mike and my coach said that ≠♥Ω£if I can stay above 2:38 , I shoul↕↕dn't hurt that p<βλ₽erformance, " Scherf said.
